Bacino Bar was established in 1998 as a stand alone store that had the intention of bringing good quality, consistent food and coffee while creating an atmosphere and a community. Over the years it has become so much more. Now located in six locations all over Sydney, Bacino has become famous for its locally roasted coffee, a quick bite to eat and a good chat. Each Bacino is owner operated and we find that this is the recipe for our success. Just like people, every location has a different need and who better to meet those needs than the owner of the shop themselves. All Bacinos are based on the same model and the same concept but with tweaks to ensure we are always staying relevant in an ever changing industry.
Our Philosophy is simple, consistently great quality coffee without taking ourselves too seriously! We feel at every Bacino we create a community vibe that allows people to connect and meet even if it just for a quick cup of coffee. We understand the importance of being great at what you do, and that’s why we focus on three simple core values.
Our coffee is locally roasted by Little Italy Coffee Roasters. Over the years we have worked closely with Little Italy to come up with our very own blend that is enjoyed all over Sydney. Having won awards in every roasting competition we have entered we know that we are on to a great quality product that continues to deliver the full bodied taste that you have come to expect.
From a tasty ham and cheese perrigino at Balgowlah, to an Aussie favourite bacon and egg roll or Mosmans famous Cheesy mite sandwhich. You can be sure to find something for anyone. Whether you have a sweet tooth for canaloni or want to line up for Dee Whys famous Italian scrambled eggs. Our menus are ever changing and for our hole in the wall model we still provide a substantial food offering, Italian influenced.
